The 4-Hour Body Book Review (Must Read)

Ok, here's the deal,

You came here to find out one thing, and one thing only, right?

And that's...

Is it really possible to get the body you want in 4 measly hours?

When I stumbled upon The 4-Hour Body I must say, I wondered the EXACT same thing.

(So, you have a very legitimate concern.)

In a few minutes I'm going to answer this question, but first I want to tell you why I choose to buy the The 4-Hour Body; and share my experience, so YOU can determine if the 4-Hour Body is right for you.

For those of you who don't know me, my name is Anetria Milton. I'm an informed blogger who show ordinary people how to use cutting edge technology to profit to no end in ANY niche, with little or no skills required.

Just a positive attitude and a winning mindset...

At any rate, I credit MOST of what I've learned in the past 6 years of my career to guru's in the industry such as  Mike Dillard, Russell Brunson, and Timothy Ferriss (Author of The 4-Hour Body).

Just to name a few :D

I've been following these guys for quite sometime and I've gained a lot of VALUE from each of them.

Quick story...

When I came across this book a couple days ago, I was searching for a book entitled The 4-Hour Workweek by Timothy Ferriss (#1 New York Times Bestseller). See, I'm in the process of building international relationships to expand my business and I wanted ALL the know hows.

A few days prior, I had written an article entitled " Who Else Wants To Change Their Body Shape?", so I was still conscious of short goals that I discussed in the article. One of them included losing weight. So, finding the 4-Hour Body was a pure coincidence.

(A book about weight loss by a fellow marketer... I'm buying!)



While I don't know Timothy Ferriss personally, I do know his history and background. He's an unconventional thinker. Therefore, I knew this book would be very unconventional, out of the ordinary; yet provide an enormous amount of value to its readers. But that's not all, based on Timothy's years of experience as a marketer he understands what people want, and will devote himself to meeting the needs of others.

How do I know?

That's exactly how he built a multimillion dollar business from scratch.

Back to what I was saying...when I purchased the 4-Hour Body, I purchased it with confidence; knowing I would get a simple, easy, and quick solution to my weight loss problem. Like many of you, I want solutions RIGHT NOW; instant gratification. However, I do realize, that it's not always possible to get whatever I want, whenever I want it.

So I'll just try to get as close in proximity to it as possible, instead. :D

And that is exactly what The 4-Hour Body has to offer. And let me just say, this book is not for everyone; and it's especially not for people who have a difficult time following directions or like to criticize everything before giving it a fair shot.

Now to answer the question...

Can you REALLY transform your body with The 4-Hour Body?

Well to be honest, I don't know...

(If I told you otherwise, I'd be lying, and I don't lie.)

However, I PROMISE I will find out, and when I do YOU will be the first to know.

Fair enough? :D


(With that said, back to the book review.)

The 4-Hour Body contains over 500 pages of information regarding rapid-weight loss techniques such as the glucose switch, damage control, and mastering temperature to manipulate weight.

The layout of the book is very simple. It's easy to follow and provides tons of case studies and references to support its claims.

To be honest with you, I didn't read the entire book, so I can't go into great details. But the good thing about that is, I didn't have to. See, the way the book is written, it's mandatory that you read the first FOUR sections of the book. Within those sections you will learn how to transform your body using the techniques I mentioned above.

The 4-Hour Body should be used like a guide. Each section teaches you something about one subject matter. For instance, section ONE explains how to use the book. Section TWO discusses the fundamentals of fat loss. Section THREE focuses on developing the right mindset, and section FOUR reveals "How to Lose 20 pounds in 30 days without exercise" using a high protein low carb diet along with a few uncommon fat loss tricks.

(This is where I stopped...)

Why? After reading the first 4 sections of the book I had enough information to accomplish what I set out to do; and that's to lose weight. Other sections in the book includes: Adding Muscle, Improving Sex, Perfecting Sleep, and much, much, more. I'll get to all that later. But right now I'm focused on losing weight! It would take the average person anywhere from 2-4 weeks to read the 4-hour body from cover to cover. Who has that kinda time? Not me! I have so many other things that I'm focused on right now. There is no way I can spare that much of my time all at once.

Fortunately, the 4-Hour Body is designed for you to pick one or two topics to focus on, and take immediate action. And that's exactly what I did. Remember I told you Timothy Ferriss gets it.

Now, there is one thing that I must warn you about...

The book has a bit of profanity in it. That was the only thing that I REALLY didn't like. Other than that, I think the book is BRILLIANT. Timothy Ferriss ROCKS!
